Melinda has been with Dr. Todd since 2006. She took some time off to start a family and is so happy to be back.

“I’m so grateful for the whole team we have here! It truly feels like a family and our patients contribute to the family-oriented feeling!”

In her spare time, she enjoys camping, fishing, reading, working-out and spending time with family and friends.

Anissha has been a dental assistant for 19 years and joined Arizona Dental Design in December 2013.

“Working with an amazing team and great patients makes my job fun and easy.”

After hours, she enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 kids, binge watching TV shows, crafting, cooking and sporting events.

Carolyn is the newest member of the Arizona Dental Design team. Carolyn has worked as a dental hygienist for over 16 years for both private and non-profit organizations.

She obtained a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene from Northern Arizona University.

She does fun stuff on days off, which include golfing with her husband and snowboarding in the winter at Snowbowl.

Ashley, also an Arizona native, joined Dr. Todd’s team in June 2010. Ashley has been practicing as a dental Hygienist since 2006, Her gentle manner and genuine care for her patients has quickly made her a favorite.

“The staff here at Arizona Dental Design is fun and energetic. We all have developed such great personal relationships with our patients. They have made it easy to enjoy my work.”

When she is not at work, she spends most of her time on the football, lacrosse and baseball field watching her boys play.

Originally from Northwest Indiana, Jen received her Associates of Science in Dental Hygiene degree from Indiana University in 1991. She and her husband Greg moved to Arizona in 1997 to escape the Midwest winters. Her working relationship with Dr. Todd began in December of 2000. She has been a full-time hygienist for over 25 years until recently, due to the ergonomic demands of the job, has started working front office two days a week and sees patients the other two days.

With the known links to heart disease, diabetes, and systemic inflammation it’s more important than ever to help patients understand the part oral care plays in their overall health/smile and I love helping them on that journey!” “I also love the relationships that I form with patients, who become like family to me!”

When she’s not at work, Jen loves to spend time with her husband and adopted 4-legged kids. They enjoy traveling, hiking, and of course watching football…since her husband works for the Arizona Cardinals.

An Arizona Native , Melissa joined Arizona Dental Design in January 2010.

When she’s not at work , she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her husband and 2 sons.

Dr. Todd is one of the Valley’s leading practitioners in cosmetic and family dentistry. Well known for his exceptional work and personal care for his patients, Dr. Todd is a true natural at making his patients feel extremely comfortable while in his chair.

A graduate from the University of Illinois, Dr. Todd earned his DDS degree in 1990. From 1990 to 1993, he served in the armed forces as a dentist for the United States Air Force at Luke Air Force Base.

For more than 20 years, Dr. Todd has been dedicated to the comprehensive treatment and long-term dental health of his patients. He is committed to continuing his education and staying current with the latest practices and dental technology. In 1998, Dr. Todd completed his cosmetic training at the prestigious Pacific Aesthetic Continuum in San Francisco. He is currently an active member of the American Dental Association and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

In 1999, Dr. Todd began his own dental practice in Chandler Arizona. Here, he and his team create and maintain beautiful healthy smiles for all their patients. In addition to his commitment to his patients and to dentistry, Dr. Todd enjoys an active lifestyle that includes golfing, skiing, surfing, hiking and working out.
